German Industrial Park, Kunshan (2009-2010)

The German Chamber of Commerce in China together with the Kunshan German Industrial Park built one of the first low energy production buildings in China. The idea of this building is to provide production facilities for German companies which are to set up their businesses in China.

The building GFA is 6,200 m² with rentable production space of about 4,500 m². The design started in October 2009; construction completion was in August 2010.
