Fuchs Lubricants, Shanghai (2018-2021)

Fuchs Lubricants, the largest independent lubricant producer in the world, decided to extend their HQ facility in Shanghai Jiading with new offices and a parking building.

The total GFA is 23,000 m² and as a long term partner of Fuchs Lubricants in China since 2008, Bencer provided the Project Management services for this project.
