Festo APAC HQ, Singapore (2016)

Festo is both a global player and an independent family-run company based in Esslingen, Germany. The firm supplies pneumatic and electrical automation technology for 300,000 customers in over 35 industries.

Having production and R&D facilities in China, Festo also expands its APAC Logistics HQ in Singapore. Festo decided to lease an additional property of around 5,000 m² GFA and renovate the premises according to the internal standards.

Bencer was hired for the site selection services for this project.
