Continental Training Center, Hefei (2014-2015)
Continental Tires decided to build a new training center in the HiTecZone in Hefei.
The building with a GFA of about 3,000 m2 and construction duration of 7 months forms an integral part of the entire Continental in Hefei plant facility measuring about 250,000 m2 in total.
As Continental's long term supplier, Bencer was hired for the Construction Management services.
