BSH / Bosch, Chuzhou (2015-2016)
The German BSH Hausgeräte GmbH was founded 1967 as a joint venture between Bosch and Siemens. Since January 2015 BSH belongs 100% to the Bosch Group. BSH delivers modern household appliances, such as dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators and other consumer products.
BSH operates a refrigerator production facility in Chuzhou. The firm started a significant extension project of 260,000 m2 in 2015. The new facility consists of a warehouse with around 70,000 m2, two production buildings with 140,000 m2 and an office building of around 20,000 m2.
Bencer was entrusted with the Project and Construction Management services for the entire extension project.
