Peter Lacke purchased an existing factory, which had to be extended and retrofit completely to a Class A fire rated production facility.
The total production and auxiliary area accounts for15.000 mē GFA. Project completion, after 12 month of design and construction work took place in April 2010. Bencer provided the entire project management services.
