Hyundai Heavy Industries China, one of the world's largest producer for machinery and equipment for renewable energies will build a large wind power production facility in Weihai, Shandong province. The new plant is located in the middle of the Hyundai Road, South Sea Development District, Wendeng city.
The office structure is a two-floor concrete structure 3100mē in size. The workshop is a steel structure with piles supporting foundation and floor. The main steel structure, roof and cladding system are provided by Butler. The workshop is 8600mē big and has a height of 18m. Construction is carried out with the help of two cranes (100T and 50T) and a 100T platform for manufactoring.
The factory includes a fireproof system, a high voltage and IT system, and systems for water and drainage, hot steam and AC. The power distribution is 35KV.
Contract schedule os from Nov, 2010 to Jul, 2011 spanning around 210 days. Bencer provides project management services and engineering consultancy.
