Fuchs Lubricants, the largest independent lubricant producer in the world, built their third factory in China, located in Shanghai. Alongside several production facilities the new plant also established the headquarters for Fuchs China and Fuchs Asia.
The new factory consists of warehouses, production buildings, oil tank farm, and other auxiliary building with a total GFA of 20.000 mē. The current facility is designed for further extension in 2 more phases. The entire project, including design and construction lasted for 12 month.
Besides providing project management services, Bencer also was involved in the production equipment design and construction process by managing these additional areas as well.
