Encres Dubuit builds their second production facility in Shanghai, Jinshan District. The new factory will allow Encres Dubuit to produce a more diversified range of ink products. The GFA of this new factory will be 5.000 mē, construction will commence in January 2010 and completion of construction is scheduled for the end of 2010.
