Continental Tires Hefei builds their 2nd phase production facility in Hefei. The facility has about 50.000 mē GFA in phase 2. Start construction is in February 2012, project completion is in June 2013. Since Bencer managed phase, Bencer is also entrusted to provide the entire project management for Continental phase 2.
