The Braunschweigische Maschinenbauanstalt AG (BMA) will build a new factory in Kunming, Yunnan Province.
This project will be one of the few BOT models in China. BMA will engage a professional developer who will build, finance, operate and transfer the project after a defined period of time. By implementing such an investment model in China, Bencer is one of the very few consultants in China which is able to provide BOT consulting services in China.
The project site will be 16.000 mē; the project size (Phase 1 and 2) will be 8.000 mē. Start construction is planned for June 2010; project completion is planned for February 2011.
Bencer will develop and structure the BOT model for BMA, and conducts the tender process for the BOT model. Further project management services also will be carried out by Bencer.
