Alf is the founder and general manager of Bencer Project Management, a leading German project management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China. He is experienced in all areas of construction project management and has a vast track record of industrial and commercial large scale projects in Asia and Europe.

Alf holds a Master of Civil Engineering, (Diplomingenieur), of the Technical University Munich and the Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany with special degrees in project management and project development.

Daniel P. Harris

Dan is a founding member of both Harris & Moure, a widely recognized international boutique law firm and of China Law Blog, a leading and multiple award winning China business site. He has been litigating, arbitrating, and mediating international disputes for the last twenty years and he also has served many times himself as an arbitrator. Dan received his BA from Grinnell College and his law degree (JD) from Indiana University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif and was Managing Editor of the Law Journal.

Steve M. Dickinson

Steve is a partner of Harris & Moure and represents the company in China. He is an author of China Law Blog and he has been practicing China law for over 20 years. He is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. He was the director of University of Washington School of Law's Chinese Contract Litigation Project and a Professor of International Contract Negotiation. He also directed the University of Washington Training Program for China legal professionals and was a Lecturer (in Chinese) at Beijing University School of Law. He was the first attorney invited to China by an independent Bar Association. Steve holds a B.A. of University of Washington (summa cum laude) in Chinese Language and Literature, and a degree of University of Washington School of Law (JD with honors) and was articles editor at University of Washington's Law Review.

Dipl. Ing. Frank Schulze

Frank is the Director Real Estate and Branch Manager Qingdao of Bencer Project Management. His special expertise is real estate investment and he has advised many foreign investors throughout the Greater China region. Frank also has established a vast investment transaction track record in the European real estate markets, while working for Deka Immobilien, one of the largest German property funds.

Frank holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering & Business Administration (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur) of University of Leipzig, Germany and he achieved an International Student Scholarship of State University of New York, USA.

Ben Dietz

Ben has more than ten years law firm experience advising Chinese and Taiwanese companies on doing business in the U.S. and American companies on doing business in Asia.

He is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

Ben completed University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A. Asian Studies with Distinction in Major) and University of Wisconsin (J.D.) and he is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Nadja Veitz

Nadja is licensed to practice law in Germany, in Spain, and in Washington State. She is a member of the Frankfurt Germany Bar Association, the Barcelona Spain Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German and French.

Nadja holds a degree from University Alma Mater Lipsiensis Law School, Leipzig, Germany (J.D) and Faculté des Affaires Internationales, Le Havre, France (Diplome d'Études Universitaire Générales in French law, International Public Law, and European Law).
