Mediation seeks to resolve disputes through the intervention and guidance of a third party neutral. Mediation is oftentimes the fastest, cheapest, and most efficient way to resolve a construction dispute and put it behind you.

Our mediation services can assist you either by representing you in a mediation so as to obtain the best result on your behalf or by having one of our mediators seek resolution of your dispute through mediation.

Our combination of technical and legal expertise means we will always have the right advocate or mediator available in (or even outside) China for your particular dispute.

We provide top flight representation in China construction disputes that require either arbitration or litigation within China and worldwide, in English and in Chinese. We can provide either consulting/support services to your existing counsel or take full responsibility in representing you in your arbitration dispute.
